After experiencing one traumatic “natural” birth and two blissfully painless unassisted home water births, she embarked on a mission to help make fun + easy labor the new normal for women around the globe. A certified Laughter Yoga leader, Amanda loves dark chocolate, fresh flowers, black licorice, and great movies.
