About the Author

Venkadesh Narayanan was born in Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu a southernmost state in India. He received his mechanical engineering degree from Institution of Engineers (India) and MBA from Hult International Business School, Boston. He is a former Indian Civil Servant and served for Indian Railways from 2000 to 2008. Currently he is serving as a Principal Consultant at Fhyzics Business Consultants Private Limited and specialising in Business Analysis, SME Consulting, Supply Chain and Product Development. He holds certifications such as CBAP®, PMI-PBA®, CPRE-FL, CPP, CBPP, Lean and Six Sigma. He travels all over India to help corporates to excel in business analysis and to setup business analysis centre of excellence.
