About the Author

DR. SHARON M. BIGGS is Vice President of Organizational and Educational Leadership at Marketplace Dynamics, LLC. Dr. Biggs serves as an executive educational leadership coach who for almost 30 years filled the roles of Department of Education State Turnaround Coach, Executive Director and Leadership Coach, Assistant to the Superintendent, Principal, Assistant Principal and Teacher Leader. She credits much of her success to having been birthed in the trenches as a classroom teacher for 16 years in New York City and New Jersey. Dr. Biggs is a graduate of the Harvard Principals’ Institute and recipient of a Dodge Principal’s Fellowship Grant.
