Synopsis
The Second Jungle Book is a sequel to The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling. First published in 1895, it has five stories about Mowgli and three other stories, all but one set in India. Any profits made from the sale of this book will go towards supporting the Freeriver Community project, a project that aims to support community and encourage well-being. About the Author
Geboren am 30.12.1865 als Sohn einer angloamerikanischen Familie in Bombay, gestorben am 18.01.1936 in London. Im Alter von zwei Jahren wurden er bereits nach England geschickt, dort erhielt er seine Ausbildung. Er kehrte 1882 nach Indien zurück und arbeitete dort als Journalist. Kipling erhielt für sein schriftstellerisches Werk 1907 den Nobelpreis für Literatur.
