He is the senior pastor of First Baptist Raytown, one of the top 100 fastest growing churches in America, located in suburban Kansas City, Missouri. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, two Masters degrees, and a Doctorate from Liberty University. He and his wife, Carrie, have three children: Austin, Ava Marie, and Ainsley.
