About the Author

Nancy Orlando was born in Galion Ohio in 1934. She attended Ohio State and completed the course with the Childrens Institute of literature while raising four children. Debbi Kern was raised in Glen Ellyn Illinois. After college she moved to Ohio and taught art at Amelia Elementary School near Cincinnati for thirty years.
