Frank R. Southers, a trial lawyer, served on the San Antonio, Texas Grievance Committee for 10 years (the last 6 as Chairperson). Thereafter, he has represented complainants, accused lawyers, and witnesses in the Texas Legal Disciplinary process. He has also served for 20 years as Adjunct Professor of Law at St. Mary's University School of Law. Mr. Southers has written many legal articles about Legal Malpractice, Trials, Torts, Evidence, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Grievance Law as well as co-authored a legal treatise, "Texas Workers' Compensation Desk Book."
