Lawrence Perkins is a speaker and educator. He currently serves as the Culture Compliance Coordinator for the Uno Charter School Organization. Growing up in the Robert Taylor Housing Projects in Chicago, Mr. Perkins has a passion for mentoring youth and inspiring them to achieve greatness. Lawrence has served as a teacher and a principal in the public and charter school settings in both Chicago and New Orleans. He is known as a caring, loving teacher that is not afraid to advocate for his students. Lawrence graduated from Alcorn State University with a B.S. Degree. He received his Master Degree in Education from National Louis University where he is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Education. Lawrence currently resides in Chicago, IL and has 2 children.
