TTX initialed TTQX cars were low-level vehicularflats with tri-level auto racks installed.The racks were taller, reaching to a maximum20’2” height. The purpose was to haveracks that were capable of carrying largevehicles (full-size pick-ups, SUVs, vans etc)on two levels and small cars on one level.Alternatively, the racks could be return loadedwith three decks of small cars.This publication does not suggest thatall TTQX flats are listed. However, this is thefirst publication that brings together a list ofknown TTQX numbers from publicly availablesources. It is believed that at least 95%of the TTQX cars are included in this list.Most of the car numbers and rack informationwere compiled from personal fieldobservation.
