About the Author

Jesse Lee Vint is an accomplished actor who has worked on more than a hundred films and television shows. After deciding the film industry was his future, he left Oklahoma, studied acting in NYC, and left for Los Angeles. In less than a year he was on location as a principal actor in Little Big Man.

Among his countless Western roles, Vint is known for starring in TV films as Tulsa Jack and Charlie Springer with James Garner. He also played the outlaw Bob Dalton in the television movie Belle Star, starred as Amos Calendar in Centennial, and played the outlaw Cody Pierce on Young Guns.

He played the character Insane Wayne in the television show The A-Team; in an episode known as, “Insane Wayne”. He appeared in twenty-five episodes of One Life to Live as Al “Cowboy” Roberts. Vint has also played a planet-hopping space cowboy in the film Forbidden World—and had lead roles in Macon County Line, Silent Running, and principal roles in Earthquake, Chinatown, etc.

He currently resides in Portland, Oregon, and continues to vote on and attend the Academy Awards and Emmys.
