He is a member of the board for both the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators as well as the Society of Registered Professional Adjusters. Dan'l has over 35 years experience in training including positions as a Training Director for scout leader training; Seminary Instructor for church youth; and as an Associate College Professor. Dan'l has been a Training Manager for National Training and Operations for a Fortune 100 company. He is the Founder and Chief Leadership Officer of Dan'l Adams Leadership Associates.
