About the Author

Co-Author, Dr. Frances Murphy Draper (b.k.a.Pastor Toni) is a Finisher and a leading expert on the Science of Finishing. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, she holds a bachelor's of arts degree from Morgan State University (Spanish/Education) and has earned masters degrees from the Johns Hopkins University (Education), the University of Baltimore (Business Administration), and Loyola College (Pastoral Counseling). She received her doctor of ministry degree in preaching and leadership from the United Theological Seminary. Her dissertation focused on shared values, decision making and other factors that help marriages endure. Dr. Draper is the pastor of the Freedom Temple African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church in Baltimore, Maryland, and the immediate past president of the AFRO-American Newspapers. In addition, she has contributed to two books: "Deengineering The Corporation" and "Those Sisters Can Preach." Co-Author, Dr. Pamela Love (b.k.a. Dr. Pam) is the founder of the Finishers Network, a certified life coach, educator, consultant and a leading expert on the Science of Finishing. A native of Baltimore, Dr. Pam has an MSW and PhD in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore. As part of her doctoral studies, she examined goal setting interventions. Dr. Pam has authored 3 books including “I Want My Vagina Back” which encourages women and teens to become clear about their core values, align their values with their actions and minimize their regrets. The book was turned into a celebrity stage performance in October 2014. Dr. Pam is an adjunct lecturer for the School of Social Work's Virtual Academic Center at the University of Southern California. Both Dr. Pam and Pastor Toni are sought-after conference speakers.
