Dr. Mike designed and implemented programs for Behavior Management, Behavior Safety, Employee Development, Customer Service, and Human Error Reduction training. Seminar and workshop programs included: Coaching Skills for Supervisors; High Impact Behavior Training; Assessing Leadership Skills-Combining Boss and Coaching Skills; Conflict Management; Managing Difficult People; Pre-Retirement Life Style Planning; Managing Human Error Risk Potential; and “Developing Good Employees.” Dr. Mike is semi-retired. He engages clients in coaching opportunities, primarily using telephone, Skype, and Face-Time sessions. His goal is to continue serving others using Self Coaching, a process he developed. He is a retired psychologist, having practiced and consulted for more than 25 years. Currently he works with the Leg Up program for the homeless and unemployed. He teaches a life skills course and conducts individual coaching sessions.
