Defenses 5 - 25 points Damages (Expectation, Reliance, Consequential) Writing on Expectation damages is mandatory even if no facts or even if not successfully proved.) 5 -25 points This means that if you pick the right issues, do proper IRAC, have defenses and damages - it's harder to fail.
