Synopsis
Shortchanged is the story of a young man, B.B., who grows up on Virginia's Northern Neck. Though he is poor, he is kind and honest. He is drafted into the Army and sent to Korea. Although he is trained as a driver, he ends up on the front lines and hit by friendly fire. The story is compelling and unforgettable.

About the Author
John H. Harding is a retired dentist. Now he writes full time and manages his farm. Most recently, he spends hours with a calf born to a cow there and then abandoned by its mother. The calf is thriving due to John's excellent care.
