The universe is in balance: Positive with negative; light with dark; matter with anti-matter; good with evil. But what happens if that balance is destroyed and the laws of nature that have taken man to greatness are turned against him? That day is here. A dark tide is rising. Chaos and annihilation are the destinations. The only chance to alter the the course of history lies with three young people and a dead boy. A mesmerising thriller that takes you step by step into the dark.

Harry Pearce is a retired teacher living in Cambridgeshire, England with a specialism in behaviour managment and a national reputation in this area. His interest in writing started early when he won the London short story prize aged ten. Now able to dedicate more time to writing he has published four crime thrillers, one science fiction thriller, a collection of short stories and poems collected over 20 years, a comedy called 'The diary of a geriatric golfer' (golf has become a new hobby), and a true account about the prosecution of video nasties in England in the early 1980's. All titles have received good reviews. Married with two children, he has recently become a grandad to Sophie. (That will cut down the time he can spend writing!)
