Dennis Brouwer is an author and speaker on Creative leadership, the pursuit of growth, and the quantified impact of Vision, Engagement and Execution in organizations. He has served in operational roles at IBM, CompuServe, CenturyLink and Savvis, where he led the turnaround of a global network services business. Most recently, he led sales at the Washington Speakers Bureau, where his team connected the world's most inspiring visionaries with audiences in 26 countries.He is a graduate of the Texas A&M Mays School of Business and holds the certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership.He previously served as a Naval Flight Officer, navigator and anti-submarine mission commander flying from US aircraft carriers in the western Pacific and Indian Oceans. He is an amateur motorcyclist, an avid brewer (and drinker) of fine beers, and lives with his wife Rebecca on a small farm in the wine country of northern Virginia.
