About the Author

Marsha Means, M.A., is trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist and writes and speaks on the topic of sex addiction. Her work is based on both both personal and professional experience. Together with coauthor, Barb Steffens, Ph.D., she wrote Your Sexually Addicted Spouse: How Partners Can Cope and Heal. She previously authored Living With Your Husband's Secret Wars. Marsha has worked in the area of relationships and addiction recovery since the early 1990's. In 2003 she founded ACircleofJoy.com to address the heartache created by the growing problem of sex addiction. Her life passion is to help people and relationships heal from the damage and loss this addiction brings, and empower them to move forward with the ability to live joy-filled lives. Marsha is equally passionate about training others around the world to make help and healing available to sex addicts and their partners where ever they live.
