Glenn S. Millsaps, Jr. is a former employee of the US Department of Justice. Having worked in many areas of law enforcement, he has gained an extraordinary understanding of investigating and auditing policy and procedures of hiring practices in the federal government. He served in the United States Marine Corps and earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice and his master's of business administration with a focus in management. He ran for sheriff in Pinal County, Arizona. Glenn gained much of his experience through successfully writing pro se briefs and arguing cases on behalf of veterans and other preference eligible applicants before the US Merit System Protection Board and numerous Federal Agency Equal Employment Opportunity programs.
