The author had worked over 18 years as a Safety Engineer for the Space Shuttle program. He was the PSM Coordinator down at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Also, he spent nine years as a Special Government Employee for OSHAs Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). He audited numerous plants PSM program in support of VPP.
