JILL E. POYERD is an award-winning, professional artist in the Metro-Washington DC area. She is the author of the watercolor instruction book "Fearless Portraits," a requested workshop instructor, and exhibits extensively throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Jill is an active part of the arts community and director of the Fine Art Professionals of Northern Virginia (www.FineArtVirginia.com). She holds signature member status in the National Watercolor Society, the Virginia Watercolor Society, the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, and the Baltimore Watercolor Society. Jill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and is proficient in computer graphics applications, like Photoshop, and many online publicity tools.
