About the Author

Dr Subhankar Chakraborty completed his undergraduate medical training in India from Andhra Medical College. Afterwards, he moved to the United States to do his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Nebraska medical center. Following completion of his graduate training, he started his residency in Internal Medicine at the University Of Nebraska Medical Center. He has authored or co authored nearly 50 research and review articles. He has also presented at several regional and national meetings. He is the Editor in Chief of three journals, Oncology Gastroenterology and Hepatology Reports, the International Journal of Medicine and Public Health and Free Radicals and Antioxidants. He is also part of the Editorial Board in several journals and has reviewed articles for several journals.
