About the Author

I am aplied mathematician. Over 20 years I was a Chair of Department "Large Scale System" at one of the best Russian universities - the Moscow Institute of Physics & Technology. In 1989 I was invited as Distinguish Visiting Professor at the George Washington University (USA). Later I worked as a Principal Engineer at excellent telecommunication company QUALCOMM and taught at the UCSD in San Diego. I authored about 30 scientific books published in Russia, United States, Ukrain, Germany, Bulgaria and Czech Republic.
