About the Author
Robert Manske is a professor in the doctoral physical therapy programme at Wichita State University. He has published multiple books, chapters, articles and home study courses relating to orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation. B.J. Lehecka teaches course work concerning the hip and spine regions, posture, gait and musculoskeletal evaluation. He has published journal articles, book chapters and presented at various international conferences.
