Synopsis

I want my readers to note the Preamble is the thesis statement (tells the reader who this process, descriptive, and expository essay was written for.) of the US Constitution. So, according to the rules of English grammar, any time, in the constitution, a pronoun like people, persons, them, they, or their (for example) is used, English grammar rules say these pronouns are referring back to America's citizens, which is what it says in the Preamble, the topic of the Constitution. If you understand this rule, when we read Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, we should understand that when the pronoun "persons" is used in this sentence, this pronoun is referring to America's citizens and no other citizens from other countries because of the rules of the use of pronouns. Here is how Section 1 of the 14th Amendment would read when the pronoun is taken out and the proper noun (subject or thesis of the Constitution) Americans or American is used to replace the pronouns: "All 'Americans' born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any 'American' of life, liberty, or prosperity, without due process of law; nor deny to any American within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Now that you are reading Section 1 of the 14th Amendment the way it would read if the pronouns are replaced by the proper noun that replaces these pronouns, I hope my fellow Americans can see that this sentence in no way offers automatic US citizenship to any illegal child that is born on US soil to illegal parents that are in America without permission

CHAPTER 1

Forward to end America's Occupation and Colonization

(To Glorify The Father)

It is with sorrow that I begin to write this book that will hopefully save the All-American Western Culture that created this great Nation and this All-American, God Fearing, Old Glory waving Ethnic Minority, Male that's writing this book. As a self described "All-American male, I want to add that this book is not being written to champion the millions of law breaking invaders or squatters that currently live and continue to enter America's sovereign soil illegally at an alarming rate, with the blessings of America's elected politicians, US Judicial System, and the Mexican Government. However I am writing this book to defend America's Constitution for her Compatriots, legal citizens, and US Officials who continue to demand and fight for the enforcement of America's Immigration Laws (These laws are not broken or out of date, as we're lead to believe.), criminal laws, and Constitutional laws: "known as the law of the Land."

To the brave Americans and Patriotic souls who continue to defend America and her European Christian Culture, I offer this scholarly research and legitimate weapon of righteousness and US Laws, so they can use them to go "toe-to-toe" with any "Open Border" proponent including President Obama, Mexico's special interest lobbyists, any Pro-Amnesty US Politician, any American Farm Corporation Giant, any American or foreign Corporation Lobbyist who buys votes from Congress, and finally the ACLU or American Civil Liberties Union. We should add here that we've read the ACLU is allegedly said to be the enemy of America's Constitution, and sadly for the ACLU, this minority American male feels this description just might be appropriate, even though racism has been used on him, so he should be on their side. The reason this author feels this way is because his country, flag, and Western Christian culture come first, before his heritage (right or wrong) because he lives in America, and he loves his country.

Up till now, Anti-Open Border proponents have been fighting a losing battle against pro open-border politicians, including the president, which was recently accentuated by what was very likely an illegal use of presidential executive power (something Obama seems to enjoy doing) by President Obama, when he illegally (we prove this later) gave millions of illegal men and women under the age of 30, amnesty. Since we know the Constitution says that only Congress has the power to create immigration laws, we want to add that when President Obama used his executive power to grant these people amnesty, he broke both Constitutional and US Immigration laws, and we'll soon prove this, later in this chapter.

Before we move on, we want to point out that President Obama appears to be very adept at breaking Constitutional law, because we're told he allegedly was found guilty of over reaching his powers on January 25, 2012, when the US Court of Appeals ruled President Obama, "breached his constitutional authority in making recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board on January 4, 2012" ("Court says recess appointments to NLRB are unconstitutional." On Campus 32.4 March-April 2013: 11.). Reading that our president is breaking laws and aiding Mexico's Invaders sums up why America's citizens, who want the borders closed and all Invaders sent back, keep losing the fight to stop the erosion of their Constitutional rights and privileges, and the destruction of their Western Christian culture. We should add that instead of passing these kinds of destructive, illegal laws, President Obama should be passing a law like the one that protects Democracies like Japan, where all foreign workers, like our author who worked overseas, have to carry a card, that foreign workers have to have in their possession at "all" times when and if they are asked for it by a the police, a clerk at hotel, a rental agency, and immigration when they leave Japan. It is the law, and not profiling, because they are just making sure these foreigners are legally in Japan. No, the author does not feel this is a racist law, because he knows he is a guest in these people's country.

We should note that nothing has been said about US Farm Corporations signing any kind of immigration sponsorship law that would make them financially responsible for any, and all, Mexican invading workers they hire, who are being allowed to enter the US to work on their farms. If the US Government did the right thing, these large farming giants would have to responsible for all of the illegal workers they hire till the workers leave the US, and return to Mexico, or their home nation. This action would make sure Mexico's workers would never become a burden on America's taxpayers. When your author worked and lived in Japan and China, his Japanese and/or Chinese employers had to pay for his work permit, pay a sponsors fee, and pay for his support during the time his permit was active. When the job ended/or contract, the author had to leave the country, get deported, or go to jail. We believe this kind of law should apply to all US businesses that hire both illegal and legal foreign workers in the US, because they are the ones benefiting from these invading/colonizing scab workers, or legally carded scab workers (that are called "Gaijin" in Japan). To make it fair and completely right, for America's citizens, the moment one of these farm corporations hires one of these trespassers and colonizers, we believe these companies should forced to become their sponsors and have to pay a fee and their medical insurance and keep them employed, until either a year or six months passes, and they tell America's Immigration Department they are not going to need them, so they want them sent home because they will not be renewing their work permit. This kind of law would prevent these invading colonizers from staying in America.

To prove these illegal invaders/scabs aren't just walking across the border without any prodding from US businesses, US farm Bureaus, and their white collar large farming coop advisory committees, we'd like to point out that in a recent Tulare County Farm Bureau Newspaper, we discovered two articles that urged their members to call or write the members of Congress and demand America's government to allow even more invaders from Mexico, and to change current immigration policies, or as Patricia Stever Blattler, executive director of the Tulare County Farm Bureau in Central California (TCFB), said, "I hope you (farmers/members of TCFB) take advantage of these weeks (weeks when their local reps come home to visit their constituents) to visit with some of our elected officials ... We know our leaders understand the importance of this issue (immigration reform to benefit farmers' pocket books) to agriculture, but they also need support and ammunition for taking on the opposing team (anti-immigration and pro US law groups) on this issue too." And, Kevin Rogers, a fourth generation farmer, chimed in by adding, "[We need] to advance realistic labor and immigration reforms supported by united agricultural groups and interests. Put simply, we need reform that works for all of agriculture" (Blattler S. Patricia and Rogers, Kevin. "Speak out Now on Immigration: A Spark of Optimism for Ag Labor Reform," Tulare County Farm Labor News. Visalia. April 2013. p 2, 12). We should note that Mr. Rogers didn't say anything about keeping America a land of laws and/or what is good or works for Americans!

Now, because "Anti-Open Border" Proponents have been on the losing end of America's propaganda wars with the rich and powerful, well-financed Open Border supporters, this book promises "not" to use any of the old arguments or overworked terms often used by overwhelmed Americans when they battle the powerful "Open Border" and "Amnesty" political Machine, that we'll call OBAM. In this new US Citizens' offensive to fight OBAM supporters, this book is going to introduce a lot of new terms, research findings, and fact filled arguments to start the offensive to finally win the propaganda wars and keep America sovereign. With this offensive, we hope to finally defeat groups like the Mexican Government, American Civil Liberties Union, National Council of La Raza, League of United Latin American Citizens, La Casa, SEIU and AFT teachers unions, Service Employees International Union, National Immigration Forum, American oil companies, The Labor Council for Latin American Advancement, and believe it or not, the Arizona and California Farm Bureau and Patricia Stever Blattler, executive director of the Tulare County Farm Bureau, to name a few of the hundreds of groups that keep pouring money into the election campaign coffers of "open border" supporting American Politicians (we should note this includes both Republicans and Democrats).

To fight these groups that do not appear to care about what is best for America or her legal, law abiding citizens, we offer this book that defends both US Constitutional law, US Immigration laws, and criminal laws by providing offensive tactics based on US Constitutional law, literary analytical facts, and historical facts and arguments that provide new terms and concepts that will feel will end the erosion of America's sovereignty and end the occupation of America. But before we begin this presentation and discussion of the facts and arguments that we know will end the occupation of America, We feel there is a need to define and dismiss any confusion that might be found in the new words and expressions that we use in this book.

One important point we want to make is that we have decided to label the growing numbers of Mexican reprobates of American soil as "invaders," and their continued stay in America as an "occupation," because, as we shall learn later in this book, calling law breaking, colonizing invaders of America "illegal immigrants" is like calling the German invaders who entered Poland in 1939 to occupy Poland, peace keepers or immigrants, just because they didn't have to fire a shot when they marched into this peaceful nation (they had bombed Poland into submission). But then maybe the "open border's" definition is correct and the occupying German soldiers who invaded Poland were there as immigrants or peace keepers, and that's why the US Government didn't raise a political fuss over Germany's invasion in 1939, well not until Germany decided to invade Sweden, Austria, France and other European Nations, and Japan attacked America's Pearl Harbor, which finally started WWII. We think this is what finally woke up America's slow thinking political leaders and generals.

From the invasion example in the last paragraph, Americans should learn that an invasion of a country by an invader doesn't require shooting or killing, in the beginning, to be called an invasion or a war, but eventually the trespassers or invaders begin to make demands and take control of the conquered or invaded nation. The conclusion we reach at the start of this paragraph should help America's citizens understand the dangers of allowing another country to enter a host country without controls or resistance. To make things worse and more dangerous for Americans, we discovered in 2012 that Mexico's military or special armed forces (known as "Juaristas" by illegal Mexican citizens who were willing to confirm our discovery) is operating in California and might have received permission from either America's or California's Government to operate in California.

This overt invasion of America by Mexico's military is bad, but this invasion has been in the works since Nov. 5, 1974, when a hand picked commission gutted California's state Constitution (by eliminating complete sections of this state's Constitution). For example, Article 1, Section 1 was gutted down to "one" paragraph that simply says, "All people are by nature free and independent and have inalienable rights. Among these are enjoying and defending life, liberty, acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and pursuing and obtaining safety, happiness, and privacy." The first thing we should notice in this sentence is the non-use of words like American or US citizen to describe the people in this sentence. We feel this was done on purpose because the Preamble of California's Constitution introductory words uses very careful words so that just about any person on God's earth qualifies to live California, "We, the people of the state of California, in order to secure and perpetuate its blessings, do establish this Constitution." The key words in this sentence are the words, "the people of the State of California." On these words alone, the commission's re-write of this Constitution, allowed any person who enters California or US soil to live in America. Note, again, the lack of the needed words, US Citizen, American citizen, or citizens, because without these words, Article 1, Section 1's first words, "All people," appears to be purposely left without any precedence or antecedence to clarify its definition or who the word "people" represents.

By now, our readers are probably wondering how we learned about these very scary and important facts and situations that would appear to have been created by the both the US Government and California's Government to hide the real purpose of the creation of these new changes that destroy or hurt US Sovereignty. Well, unfortunately for our readers, we can assure them we didn't get this information from our Government's PR department. In fact, we can prove a California Congressman didn't deny or confirm the information we have that Mexico's military is operating in California, and we have a letter to prove it. This letter is signed by Congressman Devin Nunes, who serves the 21st District in California. If our readers want to know how we got this information we have to be honest and say we were lucky because it fell into our laps, or maybe it wasn't just luck, because, maybe, we had a little heavenly intervention.

The heavenly intervention we talk about above evidently appeared to us when some lucky American citizens ran into some caravans of Mexican military personal at several gas stations and a grocery store in Central California. Another US citizen ran into them when he was trout fishing in California's National Forests; according to this citizen he was confronted by several Spanish speaking military dressed men, during his fishing trip. As for the author, he encountered Mexico's military when he stopped to buy gas at a service station located on a main highway in Central California. Knowing he had a duty as an American, he decided to report his sighting to his district's Congressman, Devin Nunes. To his surprise, Congressman Nunes would not talk to him in person, and instead replied in a letter that this was not part of his job, and that he couldn't comment on the Mexican military sighting. Nunes then advised the author to contact the Immigration Department, who "might be interested." To prove we're telling the truth, we are going to provide some information from the Congressman's letter in the next paragraph. We think his response is going to shock many Americans.

To begin, the letter from Congressman Nunes, included an official government seal that read, "United States House of Representatives and the date, June 11, 2012; other information his letter provided, at the top, was that Devin Nunes served on the Ways and Means Committee, Health and Trade Committees; was on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence; and finally the letterhead said he was the Assistant Majority Whip of his party. The author began the investigation by asking Congressman Nunes why the author and some other American Citizens who live in different areas of Central California have recently seen several Mexican military, or special armed forces, convoys traveling in California like they have special permission to be in America, and why one US citizen who happened to meet these Mexican military personal, who were armed like Marines, was threatened when he came too close to their camp, while he was camping in California's mountains? And, if the Mexican military, or their special armed forces do have permission to be in California, why haven't America's citizens, or the general public, not been told about this very important development, that we feel puts America's sovereignty at risk? We should note that Nunes' answer to this question is presented in the second paragraph of his letter and read as follows:

"Not knowing the specific details of your encounters with military personnel and who you reported your concerns to, I am unable to comment [on this matter]." Needless to say, I found Nunes' answer strange because, after all, Nunes' letterhead says he serves on the Intelligence Committee, and we had just reported it to him. The other part of his answer basically told me he couldn't help me, and to instead to call the US Immigration and Customs office, but "I should be warned this government department [doesn't] provide any updates for tip information." Since I worked for the Federal Government, I knew this meant that if the government doesn't want Americans to know the truth, they're going to either "deny it" or "ignore any and all requests" for information on this matter, or they're not going to offer any information, even if it's true (Think Obama's records). (Note: As we were going to print, we learned today, 11/27/13 that the Federal Government had closed off access to California's Sierra Mountain range. My friends who work for the Forestry Department told me they were asked to leave and not enter till after they were called. Guess the Feds are interested in these Mexican soldiers after all.)
