Jennifer Roush is the author of several fiction series, including the Scales Trilogy and the Empowered Series. Other books include "Jennifer's Shorts" and the upcoming novella "To Every Teacher Who Ever Lectured Me About My Potential". Although Jennifer predominantly writes fiction, the passing of her mother spurred her to write this non-fiction work about the emotions surrounding parental suicide attempts, rape, molestation, and other types of abuse. It is her profound hope that others will see themselves reflected in these pages, and seek the closure and forgiveness they need for their own lives.
