About the Author

Dr. Wayne Jacobs has served as a teacher and leader at the higher education level since 1989. He has been working in the field of health and kinesiology for more than thirty years. Dr. Jacobs received his doctoral degree in health education from Texas A&M University in 1994 and currently teaches at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. Dr. Jacobs has published multiple journal articles and course texts, published a book entitled New Fun for Old Favorites, and has taught in local churches for over twenty years. He has delivered dozens of presentations on health and wellness, and has a passion for equipping men with the tools to live out healthy lives and build a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ.
