About the Author
My name is Reverend O. L. Johnson, and I am an ordained Baptist minister. I am also a contributing writer to the column, The Theologian Speaks, which appears in the Inland Valley News (Upland, California). I am currently an associate pastor in my home church, the Greater New Zion Baptist Church of Los Angeles, California. I have been married to my lovely wife Delories for thirty years. We are blessed with seven adult children, twenty-one grandchildren, and, at last count, fifteen great-grandchildren. My wife and I are both retired. We are enjoying our retirement years in our home in Diamond Bar, California, where we have resided for the past twenty-seven years. God has been very good to us in our twilight years. We enjoy good health and a blessed life.
