About the Author

Melinde Coetzee is a Research Professor in the Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology at Unisa, focusing on careers, graduate employability capacities and the psychology of retention. She is a professionally registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), a master human resource practitioner with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), and a member of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) and of the Society of Industrial Psychology South Africa (SIOPSA).
