About the Author
The author has over 22 years of experience in the power industry, with significant leadership in the development and implementation of administrative internal controls. He has co-authored two previous books in the areas of wholesale power market design and transmission congestion management methods. He holds a B.A. in logic and an M.A. in utility management. He is NERC Certified as a Reliability Coordinator.
