About the Author

When the authors decided to slow down the pace of their successful careers as academics and consultants (Marina) and educators (Linda), they opened a small food business. Now they co-own and operate a busy empanada shop in New Mexico. They have run cooking classes and catered community events--and have travelled extensively in search of the perfect empanada.
