About the Author

The author O.P. Khetan is the Founder Executive Director of HRD Centre which he started in the year 1991. During the last two decades the Centre has trained more than 10, 000 executives for over 1,000 leading organisations in soft skills and other programmes. During this period he has also been a Visiting Professor at the FORE School of Management, New Delhi. He has also been the President, National Institute of Personnel Management (Delhi). Earlier he worked for over three decades with two leading companies ICI India, a British multinational and Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL). He was General Manager and Advisor (Personnel) in ICI India and Head of Personnel at SAIL (Rourkela). He was trained by the Government of India in USA in Steel Technology and Management and in UK in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. He has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
