Synopsis
This book contains an assorted collection of poems that deal with life in its various forms. Spanning two different continents, it celebrates the rich cultural diversity of life in two different countries, Ethiopia with its unique and rich Old Testament culture, and India with its rich mix of different cultures. It may be a kid's dream, or an adults reaction to the bitter moments in life, or for that effect, disappointments. This collection of poems celebrates life as a precious gift that needs to be enjoyed and celebrated. Life is what this collection of poems is about. There are periods of exultation in life and moments of sadness which when taken together force you glorify life as something to be cherished.

About the Author
Rodrick Rajive Lal was born in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia. He completed his schooling from Ethiopia and then migrated to India for higher studies. He completed his B.A. (Hons) in English followed by his Masters also in English Literature from The Delhi University. He went on to do his Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the YMCA, New Delhi followed by his B.Ed and M.Ed from the Central Institute of Education, Delhi University. He is today an Educationist, with an experience of more than twenty years. An avid reader and a writer, he also maintains his blog titled: Rodrick Writes on http:/http://rodrickwrites.blogspot.in. He has a has a rich experience to share of the two different countries, cultures and perhaps even nature! Besides teaching English to high school students, the writer spends his time penning his thoughts for his blog. An avid photographer, adventurer and traveler, the writer looks for opportunities to enjoy and appreciate life in all its distinct forms. He lives in Delhi with his wife and two daughters
