Synopsis

This story is about two brothers, two agents working for the same elite Crime solving Agency of the country dealing with the events that completely changed their lives. The elder brother first joined the agency and then after two years the younger one followed him. After few years both of them became the top investigating agents of the bureau. Their intellectual level was no match for their colleagues working with them. The clearance rate of their cases were best in the country. The elder brother was special agent Vijay Srivastav and the younger one was special agent Arjun Srivastav. They both lost their parents when they were young and being brought up by their grandfather who was in the army they were taught the art of patriotism and discipline from a tender age. So they were destined to protect the people and the law. But Vijay always resisted Arjun to join the agency, so as to protect him from the evil of the society. But he never listened him. After some years a drastic turn of events occurred in their lives which changed whole scenario of their story. This story tell us how did they cope with their sudden change of events in their lives and the path both of them took to cope with their lives, to overcome the pain and loss.

About the Author

Author name is Anupam Samantaray and he is a graduate in Civil engineering from Institute of Technical Education And Research Under SOA University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. His mother is an editor of local oriya magazine named "Phalgudhara" and she has always encouraged him in doing something in the field of literature, beside his studies. As he's a fan of murder mysteries stories, so he decided to write a fictional novella on murder mystery theme. All his life he lived in bhubaneswar, and was well spent with his lovely friends standing beside him in all his happy and sorrow moments. It would not have been possible without all his friends. As the author is a football maniac and a faithful supporter of his beloved Arsenal Football Club, he will always adore and respect this game till he dies. As he would say, 'Nothing better than playing football with friends in rain soaked muddy field' His father has always been supportive in all his life decisions and always had tremendous faith on him in achieving his goals. He will always respect and love his father for believing in him so much. His brother and sister-in-law always had time for him and also guided him in a lot of decisions in his life, it wouldn't have been possible without them.
