About the Author

Maggie Johnston was born in Coventry, England and moved to London in her late twenties. After gaining a teaching qualification in ESL (English as a Second Language), Maggie lived and worked in Rome and New York for several years as an English teacher and sometimes babysitter. She has a daughter and two granddaughters in Australia and a son and granddaughter in America. She currently divides her time between the UK and South Australia.
