This book is my philosphy on training the body in a way that helps a person grow Faster, Stronger and Wiser. The concepts in this book are the concepts that I use with my personal training clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. I have included a 3 different workout programs in the book as well as a 3 week calendar for achieving a high level of fitness. I also offer supplement information and inspirational messages to help the reader get inspired to workout. My programs have guaranteed results in 3 weeks or less.

My name is Glenn Payne Jr. I’m a certified personal trainer and I created the concept Faster Stronger Wiser. The concept faster Stronger Wiser is to have a “faster mind”, a “stronger body”, and a “wiser spirit”. I was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Pasadena, California. As a child I was very athletic, so I strived towards a career in sports. Basketball was my sport of choice. My dreams of playing professional basketball led me to Dallas, Texas where I played three years for the United Basketball League. In 2009 I dislocated my knee midway into my first season. I spent the next 2 years rehabilitating myself back to playing shape and my faith grew stronger through the process. With no insurance I was forced to rehabilitate myself without the assistance of physical therapy. This circumstance inspired me to learn everything there was to know about muscle recovery and development. Instead of giving up on my dream, I spent months studying kinesiology and rehabilitative exercises. After my rehab I noticed I was a faster and stronger player than I was before I was injured. I was also a lot wiser due to me studying the human body to speed up my recovery. That's where the concept Faster Stronger Wiser came from. People noticed a major change in my performance and physique which sparked numerous questions about the process I used to get in such good shape. Those questions inspired me to pursue a career in personal training. As a trainer my goal is to train anyone to be in peak athletic shape regardless of your background. I believe that we are all athletes, and some of us just don’t know it yet. I ‘m certified by the National Exercise and Sports Training Association (NESTA), and the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). I also have two nutrition certifications (National Academy of Fitness and Sports Nutrition, Huntington College of Health and Science). My workout programs are based on basic exercises as well as some sports inspired movements. My clients have achieved results in as little as two weeks, and all of them have achieved physical feats that never thought they could.
