About the Author

Thota Ramesh lives in Hyderabad, India with his wife and two kids. He is currently working at VJIL Consulting Ltd., a Software company, as Global Delivery Head. His primary forte is building high performing teams by motivating and training. His favorite topics include Behavioral Transformation for improving soft skills, Project Management, and Stress Management. He believes that "Being Happy is the Easiest thing in the World" and has plans to write a book on Happiness. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge to enable people to lead a happy life.

As a software professional he had worked in many countries including USA, UK, Zimbabwe, Egypt, Syria, Chile.
