Gold M.D., Rachel Remen M.D., and the Deans or Chancellors of seven leading U.S. medical schools, among others. Each chapter also features a full color photograph contributed by the physician. Proceeds from this book will support the Arnold P. Gold Society for Humanism in Medicine at David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.
