Do you work for a non-profit organization that is dedicated to a cause that you believe in? Has that organization been in decline over the past few years? Has funding dried up and have donations dwindled? If nothing is done to rescue your organization will you be closing your doors all too soon?If so then this book is for you. The author, Craig Copland, shares from his many years of experience in the non-profit sector. He has learned that there is no organization, dedicated to a worthy cause, that cannot be rescued, turned around and made to be effective again. But it requires that the leaders of the organization change their thinking, change their strategies, and get moving on cash flow immediately."Non-Profit Turnaround" explains the steps nesessary for doing just that. "If you just do what this book tells you to do you can throw it away a year later. You won't need it anymore."

Craig Copland has been active in the non-profit sector for over forty years. He has been a volunteer, staff member, executive, CEO, and consultant and a member of over twenty boards of directors. He has "been around a long time and seen it all." Most of his work now is directed to helping conservative organizations in Canada and the US and he is the author of the much appreciated 2012 Conservative Election Handbook: Everything You Need to Know to Elect Conservatives to Public Office . . .from Dog Catcher to President, which was distributed to over 7500 conservative candidates, as well as Fundraising for Conservatives. Regardless of his personal political convictions he has a profound respect for anyone who will take a public stance in support of their convictions, and this book, Non-Profit Turnaround, is a bi-partisan guide that will be useful to any organization that is struggling to have its finances repaired and its voice heard. He lives, works, and writes from New York, Vienna, and Toronto. He can be reached at ConservaWiki@aol.com
