About the Author
Peggy McClung Puche . . . a self taught Specialist and perfectionist in cake baking for over fifty years. She studied & experimented many years, developing this Authority of Cake Baking first simply for herself, and then to teach successful baking methods, solve altitude issues, and develop an impressive collection of delicious beautiful recipe types also for enthusiasts to benefit and enjoy. Peg, a Kansas native & University of Kansas graduate, . . . a creative person, considered Baking also to be an art. She enjoyed creativity of all forms. -art, photography, graphic arts, leathercarving, jewelry making, floral gardening, whole also partaking of the great outdoors, hiking, exploring the mountains, historic sites, wildlife, -adventure! She has lived in Kansas, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire, but prefers the mountains of the West, and has live over forty years in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
