About the Authors
Thomas Kingsley Troupe is the author of a big ol' pile of books for kids. He's written about everything from ghosts to Bigfoot to 3rd grade werewolves. He even wrote a book about dirt. When he's not writing or reading, he investigates the strange and spooky as part of the Twin Cities Paranormal Society. Thomas lives in Woodbury, Minnesota with his two sons.
Derek was always drawing funny pictures as a kid and that has turned into a wonderful career as a concept designer and children's book illustrator. He is constantly looking for fun and whimsical moments to capture in his illustrations. By day, he works as a concept designer in the animation Industry and by night, he pursues his passion for children's book illustration. Derek lives in Vancouver, Canada. He recently became a proud father of a baby girl and loves to spend time her, his wife and going for long walks with their dog.
