About the Author

For the first 21 years, Mark grew up in a Christian home in rural Pennsylvania enjoying hunting and fishing. For the last 40 years he has studied, taught and preached God's Word as a missionary, pastor, and a layman. Mark and his wife Doris have been married for over 40 years and have three adult children. Mark loves reading, writing, teaching, and taking mission trips to other countries. "Finding Peace and Purpose" is the second book in his "Finding Series." The first is entitled, "Finding God in Poetry" which is a collection of 82 original poems he has written which all deal with some aspect or characteristic of God.
