Fierce global competition has forced enterprises to strive for excellence in order to enhance their competitive advantages, increase profitability and therefore achieve sustainable development; they must even develop strategies addressing hyper-competition to lead the market and to ensure the enterprise’s continual growth and profitability. Simply put, corporate administration is a management process from vision formulation, strategy formulation, administration planning, and administration to upgrade of corporate administration. Nowadays, where global competition is becoming fiercer, if there isn’t a set of complete and practical corporate administration models in place, it would be difficult for an enterprise to face environmental changes and perform real-time adjustments on strategies and resource focuses, causing the efforts of maintaining sustainability to fail.
