Author and entrepreneur Bruce Stevens is the co-founder of three firms in a niche of private equity. Previously, he was a partner at The Boston Consulting Group, the firm that pioneered consulting in business and corporate strategy, where he worked for and with the senior operating executives and the CEOs of major corporations from the United States, Mexico, and Europe, both publicly traded and privately held. His love, however, was private businesses, so he changed careers to purchase and advise companies in alliance with a major middle-market private equity firm. Throughout twenty years, he has obtained extensive knowledge of both business strategy and transition options with business owners. His goal in writing Reaping Your Reward is to help business owners avoid some of the common mistakes that others have made in order to reap the fullest rewards possible from their businesses. The author received an economics degree from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard University.
