Many adults cite coaches as the adult they remember most from their schooling experience - and that is not always a result of positive interactions. In education, we know the influence and impact coaches have, but there is little, if anything, done to help our coaches grow in any way outside of Xs and Os. In attempt to address both issues, Cracking the Coaching Code was created. The book is designed to help everybody increase their self-awareness and provide concrete and tangible tools to better support their athletes and to create more productive relationships.

About the Authors

PJ Caposey are three public school educators who have served as teachers, school administrators, and superintendents with nearly a century of service combined. Together with speaking, consulting, coaching, and writing, these three educators have thousands of hours of observation, co-teaching, and teaching as their foundation for the call to action in this book. Michael Lubelfeld, Nick Polyak, and PJ Caposey are authors, presenters, superintendents, and friends. They are accomplished leaders who, like us all, are unfinished works in progress.

Bryan Wills is a chiropractor, entrepreneur, executive coach, and a dynamic speaker. Bryan opened his first chiropractic office right after he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in a rural community in northern Illinois. He has gone on to open two more highly successful practices in Rockford, Illinois, built with the same small-town values of Family, Integrity, and Authenticity, as the original. From the experience Bryan gained in starting multiple businesses from scratch, he decided to help others by becoming an executive coach in 2015. Since then, Bryan has been able to help hundreds of people chase after their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs and business owners.
