Laura Whitworth was the creator of the Co-Active Model with Henry Kimsey-House and Karen Kimsey-House and a recognised leader in the development of the coaching profession.

She has served a full spectrum of clients, including: Oracle, Microsoft, Corbis, ITP, Compaq Computer and Market Tools. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training & Development.
