Sir John Whitmore
Sir John Whitmore was the pioneer of coaching in the workplace and Co-Founder of Performance Consultants International, the market leader in coaching globally. He was the first to take coaching into organizations in the early 1980s and creator of the GROW model, the most used coaching model in the world. Tiffany Gaskell
Tiffany Gaskell is the Director of Coaching and Leadership for Performance Consultants. She coaches senior leaders to improve the performance of global companies and is the creator of The Performance Curve, a model that helps organizations and leaders understand how their leaders impact performance.
Tiffany is a regular presenter and keynote speaker. She has a background in investment banking, having previously worked at Credit Suisse in New York and London. She has a BA (Hons) from Bristol University, an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Italy and is a PCC certified coach.
