Your complete introduction to psychology
Most people have some vague understanding of what psychology is, but very few can really articulate this into anything meaningful. Psychology: A Complete Introduction cuts through the complexity, building from a clear definition into a comprehensive guide to the science behind how we think, act and feel.
Everything you need to know about psychology is here in one place. Eighteen chapters cover all the key topics in psychological research, from perception and attention to memory and language, and from emotion and personality to mental health and psychological therapies. Along the way you will learn about intelligence, social influence, psychological disorders, the brain and nervous system and sleep.
Whether you are a student or simply want to understand more about the scientific study of mind and behaviour, Psychology: A Complete Introduction is your go-to guide.
