DR CLARE GRACE, a dietitian at Leeds Community Healthcare, has specialised in weight management for a number of years and was the lead dietitian in several NHS weight management clinics in London.

DR VICKY LAWSON is a chartered health psychologist, clinician and author who specialises in supporting behaviour change. She has a particular interest in translating research evidence into practical action.



DR JEREMY GAUNTLETT-GILBERT is principal clinical psychologist at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, Bath. He has worked as a psychologist in a range of physical health specialities.
