Synopsis
A number of merchants on Cape Cod seek to jump start the tourist season by holding a Golf Tournament open to Amateurs. Joe Campbell has never been able to come in first until now. The competition is intense both on and off the course. To win, competitors are both creative and cunning in their quest to finish on top. Some even resort to unheard of tactics in the quest to win.
